I have pretty much from the 2nd year my child has been alive, raised my child myself as the father, as per our own
'Informal' type of arrangement, which I have in documentation as well... I have been a security and corrections professional,
for about a combined decade now, and with a positive outlook, I enjoy making myself familiar with things very important to
me, or course I mean legally.. and the day my child was born, I done so, as a badge wearing state employee. Shortly
thereafter, a downward slope in the mother’s life and our relationship of course too, caused the separation and split of the
family almost immediately. I left her with as much as I could, as I sat out to work 3 jobs consistently for about the next 3
years. to prepare for a life for my child, and too.. the inevitable if her behavior and troubles continued.. (which
unfortunately they did..) which is where the signing over between the two of us, happened (I only had her do this, so I
could make it through these DFACS and health appointments that much more efficiently w/o trouble, which seemed to work..for
the most part..) and is also why, she documented my INFORMALLY paid child support, every time I paid, with receipts etc.. (SEE BELOW)
(which I also have) In other words, I established the best relationship that I could over this period, while building one
consecutively at the same time..and at the height of the troubles for this other parent, it is when I asked her in a way I
still seen at the time to ask in the best way possible.. but for a chance to 'lighten her load' a little ,,, for a little
while, (meant it) and to have a chance to bond with the child a little more, like she has had.. (best de-escalating approach
I could think of..) in reality, the mother had 2 other children, been raped... (SEE BELOW)
.multiple times, been a multiple times over
addict (still unfortunately) and so much violence had began consistently at the home (a National Clandestine Registered
home, btw) and way too many other factors honestly to list, ..had simply become, and most are still, undeniable, fact. Most
information available on Google for example. The over 10 member household, of consistent, in and out of jail drug offenders,
and her unsanitary conditions, and inability to protect, just being the most I could mention here..
These are the factors and reasons I had the situation occur, of asking for Cayley Marie Wright, my daughter, happen. I
still believe to this day, that I exercised way too much patience, etc.. but I never lost my 'cool' and always 'tried' to
work with this person.. (always met w/failure, and very detrimental) And this is why I believe she also, agreed to it, and
allowed it to happen with no argument, and also signed this agreement over.. (SEE BELOW)
It did not take long after I caught Cayley up from 0 immunizations, and up in 'a normal child’s schedule' (?) the best way I
knew how, that one of the mothers many mood swing days, caused her to reach out to her former High School Employer now state
representative, Tom Weldon. All because, she 'missed the child' and that being the only reason.
And at the same day she contacted this man, did I receive a threatening phone call (more than usual) and a knock at our
door, at 11:30 that night, by a police officer’s interruption to serve myself with an 'EX PARTE' (one side only, in Latin)
order, and a 'WRIT OF HABEAS' ..
signed by a Judge Brian House (SEE: TONYA CRAFT, FOR REFERENCE) at 5:30 PM earlier in that

same day, obviously after hours..and these papers ordered my surrender of many things, including most important, my child,
stating I had no cause in holding this child, and the 'minor child’s property' immediately (which minors own nothing, if not
mistaken, they seized property I purchased, with no warrant, Civil Rights inquiry?).. and had a hearing set for which I had
to come 'show cause' as to why the 'WRIT' should not go through, when did it not go through already was my immediate
question? (yes) To try and shorten this, I went to the hearing, and was forbid a chance to have a continuance, or have
representation, by her friend, Mr. Weldon, swaying control of the court, when the Judge sat silent on my request for 30
seconds, he just 'called her to the stand..' and nothing else was said about it, other than by me, and I was met with a
stare. The people in the court this day, were blown away at what they were witnessing, keep in mind, I also had arrest
powers in this state as well, as a Georgia P.O.S.T. Certified Peace Officer (GDC) and kind of had a small familiarity on
what to ask and/or speak about. The judge, when I asked about speaking on the EX PARTE order he signed, and their being
absolutely no 'imminent danger at all' he just said simply ' .....this isn’t the hearing for that', and I was never given
one to this day, period. (SEE BELOW)
But this 'hearing' continued in front of Judge House, and her attorney, Mr. Weldon, and I was also asked, why I 'thought I could have this child with me' and so it is then when I handed over the evidence, and reasoning I felt so comfortable legally, officially certified and notarized legal vital record(s), and copies of every piece of mail ever received with my child’s name on it, at my address, the child support receipts and agreement etc..
And the Judge QUICKLY with his fingertips, 'spun around and tossed back to me' the vital records and legal documentation, which included an official replica birth certificate, that I was listed on, as the child's father, saying that they simply 'don't recognize those around here' (and that is all, simply stated and put) which blew my mind in erroneous judgment, as it was a State of Georgia 'Acknowledgement of Paternity and Legitimation' form, signed by myself and the mother, before the child turned 1 (actually on her third day alive) as per
..O.C.G.A. 19-7-21.1 making me as the form itself quotes '..a legitimized father for all purposes under the law.' SEE BELOW:
And I knew that was no general statement, that form says 'ALL'.. not to mention the other form, being the actual Birth record, for Cayley M. WRIGHT (my last name) which lists me on it, and the only way to be on this separately acknowledged in law form, is by being recognized as the child’s legal father. These were not acknowledged as real papers or documents, in the very state I worked for, and on the header, in the court presiding under that very seal.

that has several points within this case law, for example..
“[w]here an unwed father demonstrates a full commitment to the responsibilities of parenthood by ‘com[ing] forward to participate in the rearing of his child,’ his interest in personal contact with his child acquires substantial protection under the Due Process Clause”
This 'hearing' concluded very quickly, I was declared in one sentence by the way 'this court finds as further matter of fact, that JOSHUA DEWAYNE WRIGHT is not the legal father of CAYLEY MARIE WRIGHT, the minor child' with no reason, no finding of any fact, or conclusions of any law. (SEE BELOW)
And then charged me for the theft..as you can see, after I had announced my indigent status even, regarding finding representation this also is illegal, as I am supposed to have been aware prior to the proceeding that my actions would or could be a cost out of pocket, and also I am supposed to receive an itemized bill for the moneys paying towards.. of course, i did not..!
I left with no explanation and a ticket, no rights to the child I had raised, I went home traveled and studied also consultations with many, to no avail and/or fear of Judge House, etc. I also began a petition on this week in this time frame during this calamity.. at the site below, in which I havealso copied the petition itself for you to view, keep in mind also too, when I did this..I was no where near, as comfortable .. as I am now in my knowledge from studying.. The State of Georgia Vital Records Form 3940 Needs To Be Recognized Properly by the Court System!

WE, THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTS AND CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, cannot and will not stand for a process to be implemented, as is currently, where responsible fathers are cheated into feeling safe 'for all purposes under the law' when the law doesn't recognize this Form 3940! Since 2007 and revised in 2009 this form from the Department of Human Resources and Vital Records has given way too many fathers comfort in feeling they are legitimized fathers, when according to Judge Brian House of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, they are not!
The laws pursuant to these forms on the Form 3940 apparently do not matter. So the purpose of this petition is to make them matter! This forms purpose was and is to SIMPLIFY the legitimation process for the fathers and apparently does the COMPLETE opposite!
There are two separate acknowledgements in and on this Form 3940that are filled out by BOTH parents, and if done before the child's 1st birthday then and then only is this relevant to this petition!
The founder of this Petition is Joshua DeWayne Wright, a single father effected dearly by this lack of consolation, and has lost all legal rights to his daughter, Cayley Marie WRIGHT, all the while even on the birth certificate, Judge Brian House has declared Form 3940 to carry no weight and stripped his daughter Cayley Marie WRIGHT from his custody, into an UNSAFE environment. Joshua DeWayne Wright is unable to seek representation on this matter, financially and due to NO ATTORNEY WISHING TO DEFEND HIS RIGHTS! The form has cause, the cause has been denied by Judge Brian House in Civil Case Number 2010-SU-CV-2003 in the Catoosa County Superior Court.
By signing this petition WE (the responsible, the logical, the citizens of this GREAT COUNTRY, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ESPECIALLY STATE OF GEORGIA RESIDENTS) wish and rightfully DEMAND that this complication in the 'Legitimation Process' be simplified, for the incidents spoken for in this petition, in prevention of possible future incidents, the unspoken incidents that many fathers are unaware of, and for the ABUSE this 'technicality' ( according to Judge Brian House ) this complication gives the possibility of/for, to correct this issue FOR THE CHILDREN DEPRIVED AND ALIENATED FROM THEIR PARENTS by a single FALSE (according to Judge Brian House) COMFORT! We want YOU the JUDICIAL SYSTEM, to FIX THIS by either recognizing this FORM 3940, or BY CHANGING OR MODIFYING ITS LAW. ONE OF THE TWO is causing at least one confirmed child, suffering.
There should not be several correct ways to do one thing wrong.

Frustration kicked in, and I turned in my own paperwork in that September 30, 2010.. almost 5 months later, in which I GOT HER IMMEDIATELY BACK UPON TURNING IN OF DOCUMENTATION, and had my status declared 'adjudicated' again even! . (SEE BELOW)
The mother no showed every hearing on that docket, and on the final hearing for custody, in April 2011, the Judge (Judge Graham) asked me prior, to see if she needed a ride to the preceding or something, and she apparently did, so I honored my word and arrived to pick her up that day, in which I had been tricked as she was awaiting the opening of the court doors, as I knocked on her house door.. and she grabbed my file and took it to Judge House (who had not touched or heard a single part of 'my' docket, and that morning in the Catoosa County Superior Court, House proceeded to type up a one sentence '..case is hereby DIMISSED' (yes he misspelled it) and that killed (apparently) my 'adjudicated' status, and all my rights AGAIN, and before I could make it back home, from finding this out in person after no pick up occurred, a drive to the court house, a threatening statement from House, telling me 'I thought I told you to find you a lawyer, guess you shoulda'..
..to find my child ripped out of my home again, by the mother, and the child now lost her pre-school (that took me weeks to set up!) and so many other things we had in place. Including ANOTHER home.
..I have not had my rights 'established' back since then, I tried a Dependency & Neglect proceeding in Hamilton County TN, (the mothers address) and ended up not acknowledged as the father as they 'couldn’t understand why he (House) had said that' and even THEY charged me for it! (SEE BELOW)
..and so I sit, currently with the same issues and problems, Mother gotten nothing but worse, (all this is ridiculously provable, and I am not necessarily 'against' the mother.. she is a simple part of this story, Google her arrests for example after they took her back in April of this year) and the local government, and ALL agencies, have NO answer to the apparent precedent that must be set, or that will be, judging that DNA testing cannot be used (Venable V. Parker 2011) and that there is no method. to establish something I already have..
These civil right, and constitutional violations have ruined my life, in this fight.. the local officials even mock me for continuing, even blocked me from entering the court house ! (SEE RECORDING BELOW)
The same officials who are involved with this story, are exactly the same ones involved with the Tonya Craft ludicrous headlines you may have recently heard about... they also will no longer call me in any way shape or form, due to fear of being recorded, (proof exists) and I have talked to every conceivable person in my state, and with nothing short of a correct finger point for assistance, (see video) from court clerks, ALL the way to the Governors’ office!

My child needs me, if nothing else, NEEDS to have her Daddy! The local news media here 'almost' aired this, even taped a one hour segment with me, and left me hanging for months on end, to advise me they are or were 'unsure they would even air it' much later down the road! All I have had, have been my 'supporters' at the cause, which gets bigger every day.. ..from 10/05/2011 til 11/3/2011 for example, there have been 16,347 viewed posts.. posted by this..the causes site.. and all we're saying.. is answer anyone? WHERE?
I have pretty much narrated every single step I have taken since last April, on the causes website, and on Facebook, without emotion, just factual updates, and I have had a significant show of support, from thousands, demanding the story get told or help.. AND STILL NOTHING!
I cannot even find the correct method, and apparently there is none, but this gross negligence on their part, of just simply for ANY reason or justification.. stealing my child, and stealing my child’s Daddy from her, cannot stand! I can’t and won’t stop. until at least a chance of help exists, they have already taken all they can from me.
I am not one who knows it all, but I am one who wants to be corrected if it is progressive, and a Daddy who wants the best interests of his child to come out!
This must happen ASAP! SOMETHING, in some form, as I will be a homeless traveler come Monday, just searching for help..
I am not making light of any part of this, and am very serious, the only thing I can see that will stop and/or fix this scenario, is attention.. so I call on you sir. Help a Father, be one. My child resides at the place pictured below..
